I do videos"for SoundCloud" and "for YouTube".
I follow in AAMS the recommended best practices for Mastered for iTunes though, which (in my view) apply to any lossy format.
So i setup AAMS DSP-Loudness for dynamic range to be -10dB.
Such as avoiding clipping and distortion, and keeping peaks below -1dBFS.
Benefit to improving your sound on SoundCloud and YouTube, is that you will be achieving better recordings mixes, too!
